Training Course Terms (ADHD Programmes)
1. Purpose of Training
Our ADHD training programmes are designed to provide structured education on assessment frameworks and diagnostic processes aligned with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidance (NG87).
Completion of the course does not automatically grant the right to:
- Diagnose ADHD
- Prescribe medication
These rights depend on your professional qualifications, regulatory status, and indemnity arrangements.
2. Scope of Practice
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- You hold appropriate qualifications
- You are working within your regulatory scope
- You have valid professional indemnity
We do not take responsibility for individual professional limitations.
3. Certification
A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful course completion.
Please note:
- Certification confirms attendance and completion only
- It does not guarantee approval from indemnity providers or regulatory bodies
- You should confirm requirements with your insurer or regulator prior to enrolment
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once course content has been accessed or attended
